Arrangements for Duduk Quartet

The seventh and final book by Georgy Minasyan (Minasov)—one of Armenia's most renowned duduk players, inventors, and teachers—focuses on his work as founder and artistic director of the Dudukner Ensemble. It contains transpositions and arrangements of compositions written specifically for the ensemble, performed on an array of duduk instruments of the author's own invention. The collection is organized into four sections: Excerpts from the Liturgy, Vesper and Church Hymns, Armenian Folk Songs, and Classical Compositions. It is intended for duduk or woodwind ensembles seeking to expand their Armenian spiritual and folk music repertoire.
